UDIDS FAQ for GraspDATA

This article contains frequently asked questions about using UDIDs in GraspDATA reporting.

  1. There is no character limit length of the data Grasp receives, but pdf reports may not display the entire length of data, depending on character limitations in the report.  There is no limit, of the data, for Excel Data Only reports.
  2. When running a report, you can filter the report by a specific UDID number and the results will be all bookings that contain the UDID value that was chosen as the filter.  To do this, go to the Filters Tab, select the UDID number, and then select the data that is in that UDID that you wish to filter the report for.
    1. The UDID filter allows only one selection.
    2. NOTE: Agency Admins and Agency Users may have access to more UDIDs in their filters than a Company Admin/User.  If you do not see the specific UDID number listed in your filters, please email the details to support@grasptech.com, so a case can be opened for review.
  3. A UDID can be set up as a Sort, by an Agency Admin, in the Settings tab of the Corporation profile. Click Here to access our page with the steps to Create or Edit a Corporation.  When a UDID is set up as a sort; reports that include the corresponding Sort number, in the name of the report, will display the data from the UDID that is set up in the Sort.
