      Sorts & UDIDs FAQ for Report Builder

      This article contains frequently asked questions about using Sorts & Udids in GraspDATA Report Builder.

      Sorts

      1. The sorts that are set up in a Corporation are available in Report Builder.  Click Here to access our page for the Agency Admin steps to Create or Edit a Corporation.

      3. Sorts that contain UDIDs with numeric values automatically convert for calculations.

      UDIDs

      1. Unlimited UDID numbers are available in Report Builder. Click Here to access our page with the steps to add UDIDs over 99 in Report Builder.
      2. There is no limit to the number of UDIDs that can be added to a report.
      3. UDIDs that use number characters can be used in an expression and added to a numeric field to use in a calculation.  Click here to access our page for more information about Expressions in Report Builder.
      4. UDIDs with numeric values can be used in an expression and be calculated with other fields with numeric values.
