GraspHOPR Report List

Details of the GraspHOPR reports.

Please note the following:

  • If you are on a dedicated server, search by the report name. The report name will be the same, but the report numbers may be different.
  • Reports are deployed to Agency Admins (like all reports), but an  Agency Admin can assign the reports to other usersClick Here for our Create or Edit a User (Admin Steps) page, which has the steps to update the user's report library.
  • If you see a Blocked Content message when opening the reports, please click here for our  page with the steps to resolve.  Microsoft recently decided to block Macros by default.

 

Agency Reports (Admin only)

23485 GraspHOPR Optimization Report  (A consolidated multi-tab report with tabs for each of the other HOPR reports.)

23528  GraspHOPR Agency Attachment Rate  (Use this report to determine which corporate clients are not booking hotels with you. This report will provide you an opportunity to work with your client to help bring those rogue travelers into the managed program.)

23526 GraspHOPR Agency Commission Analysis  (Utilize this report for visibility on which hotels are paying your commission! Also, for those that do pay commission this report provides information on how quickly they are paying commission. Work with your teams to book hotels that support your business!)

Agent Reports

23529 GraspHOPR Agent Attachment Rate  (Utilize this report to work with your agents to help ensure that all overnight air bookings have an approved TMC hotel booking. Provide better duty of care for your travelers and increase your hotel revenue.)

23527 GraspHOPR Agent Commission Analysis  (This report helps agents identify which hotels are not paying commission and suggests nearby hotels that do. Change agent behavior and choose to book hotels that contribute to your bottom line!)


NOTE:  The Agent Commission Analysis report and the Agent Attachment Rate report are designed to be run for individual agents.   When running either of these reports in GraspDATA, on the Filters tab, use Booking Agent (active) and choose a single agent.  Be sure to click on the plus sign (+) to lock your selection in.  The two agent reports are designed to report on a single agent, with all other agents grouped together, for comparative analysis.  These reports can also be run for All agents if you prefer.

 

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

  • When running any of the GraspHOPR reports the dates you enter do not matter. All of the reports have hard-coded dates within the code.
  • If you are setting up any of the reports as a scheduled batch, for the Date Filter choose All Dates.
