How to quickly see the oldest date of data stored in Grasp.
We have a widget that can be added to your dashboard that shows the oldest booking’s issued date that is accessible in GraspDATA. The widget’s title is ‘Min Max Issued Date’. In addition to displaying the oldest and latest issued date of data, this widget also shows the data source. If you have a consolidated database, the widget will show the Oldest Booking Issued date and Latest Booking Issued date for each database.
To add the widget, click on your Dashboard page and the Dashboard Widget Editor will display. Choose Min Max Issued Date from the first drop-down list, then click Save in the lower left hand corner of the widget editor.
