Options to share a report from history with another user.
There is not a way to share a report from History and have it show in another users history as well, but you can do the following.
- Email the report from your Report History to the other user, but that won’t give you the report parameters and it will not add it to their report history. They can save a copy to their computer though. Click here for more information about emailing reports.
- Or, another option, would be for you to create a batch in Report Scheduler. Do NOT set it up for distribution. You can then copy that batch to another user. After that is done, the other user would have that batch in their own login and could run the reports, using that batch, whenever they needed to. After they run the batch, those reports would then be in their Report History.
