Please see the steps below to update your airline class of service table.
To update your airline class of service, please run report #9325 - Grasp QC Class Of Service Description. The report number may be different on your server, but the report name is the same. The report runs as an Excel document.
After the report runs, open it and make your changes within the report. When updating the file, you will ONLY need to include the items that need to be changed. Please remove any rows that do not need updates, as those should not be included in the new file. Please do NOT delete, move, or change any columns (even those with NULL value), other than by adding/changing your classes and descriptions.
After making the updates, save the file and email a copy to support@grasptech.com requesting an update to your class of service table. Support will open a case to have your table updated.
Once your table is updated, new reports, including new reports for historical data, will reflect the new information.
