Grasp Technologies offers a feature to automate airline class of service descriptions.
Grasp Technologies offers a feature to automate air class of service descriptions. This feature can be added to your GraspDATA database with no additional charge. The class of service descriptions are maintained for 433 airlines by ATPCO. Please click this link ATPCO Supporting Airlines for the list of the airlines that currently participate.
Once the feature is turned on, when ATPCO receives class of service changes, they will be automatically updated for you in GraspDATA and you will no longer need to run our Grasp QC–Class of Service Descriptions report to make changes. It will take approximately one week to complete all the updates in your historical data. Once completed the airline class descriptions will read one of the following options, provided from ATPCO
- Premium First
- First
- Premium Business
- Business
- Premium Economy
- Economy
We are currently using the ATPCO process for newly implemented Grasp clients going forward and are slowly moving existing clients over to this new process.
