If records are DELETED from TRAMS, they may need to be manually deleted from Grasp, and the Development hours needed to manually delete from Grasp may be a billable charge.  For this reason, we highly suggest that your policy and practice should be to void data from your back office instead of deleting. This will ensure the booking status is changed and stored correctly in TRAMS and pushed to us.
