Steps to set up dedicated Online agent sines for GraspDATA and reports for Online booking source.
We have specific reports that display online booking data. In order to set this up, we will need your dedicated online agent sine(s) and will request that our development team map those sines to be dedicated as ‘online’ in GraspDATA. The developer will update you once the mapping has been completed.
Once the sine(s) have been mapped as dedicated online, you can use the following reports. You will also be able to use the filter of Booking Source Equals Online to filter reports to only include online bookings.
- 1639 Online Adoption Report
- 1638 Travel Management Online Summary with Roll Over Month
- 1602 Booking Source Summary
- 1558 Online vs Agent Travel Summary
Please note the report number may be different on your server. If you do not see the report number, please search by the report name.
When you are ready to map your online agent sine(s), please email a list of your dedicated online agent sine(s) to support@grasptech.com and a case will be opened.
If your online sines have been mapped, but you do not see the four reports noted above in your report library, please email support@grasptech.com and let us know which report is needed.
