Agency Access and Set Up

Using Print My Invoice

Agency Access and Set Up:

Access to PMI set up is available in Agency Admin logins only.  To get to the PMI tab, go to Menu – Settings – Agency

Then click on the ‘Print My Invoice’ tab.

Print My Invoice URL and URL (style):

You have two unique URL’s – Print My Invoice URL and Print My Invoice URL (style).  The style URL can also be used by clients to print their invoices, but includes a parameter to show the PMI page with limited styling which can be useful when embedding PMI on a webpage.

Group Code:

This is optional, the default is to have all data to be accessible in PMI.  Using a Group Code allows you to include or exclude accounts that have the Group Code in their account profile that matches the code entered in the box provided.

Password:

This is an optional field.  To limit PMI access further, you can add a password here and then only clients who have been provided with the password can utilize PMI.

Date Range / Alphanumeric / Credit Card Options:

These fields allow you to enable the ability to use Date Range as a filter, search using alphanumeric invoice numbers if client has invoice numbers that are not 100% numeric, and have credit card search be an option.  Enable Date Range and Enable Credit Card are the default for these fields.

Customize Filters:

These filters allow you to have the return bookings be at invoice or booking level.  Invoice Level is the default.

When set to Invoice Level the entire invoice is returned.  This allows the user to see everything in that invoice (all passengers, itinerary, payments, etc.).

When set to Booking Level only the individual booking that matches that criteria will be returned.  This allows you to hide other passengers on the invoice and just return information specific to a passenger.

*Click Here for our page with additional information about the Invoice Level and Booking Level filters.

Using Print My Invoice:

After using the chosen URL, you will be directed to your PMI page.  You will need to have the full and correct client first and last name and one other piece of information, either the Invoice #, Record Locator, Ticket/Confirmation #, or Credit Card (last 4 digits).   Note: Only add one first name and one last name to the first name and last name boxes.  If multiple names are added to either box, a Syntax error message will display.  If the user sees a Syntax error on the name, remove one of the multiple names and search again using just one name.

Enter the three requirements and click the 'I am not a robot' check box and complete any additional reCAPTCHA screens that may display.  Then click the Print Invoice button and a new tab will display a copy of the invoice requested, which you can then print or download.

When using Ticket/Confirmation # as your search, two additional boxes will display where you can add the ticket and invoice amount if you choose, this is not mandatory.

When using Credit Card Number as your search, two additional boxes will display: Show Depart Date and Ticket Number.  These are not mandatory, but allow further filtering if desired.

Additionally, there is an option to return a single PDF or a list of invoices.

  • For example, if choosing credit card number and choosing List, after clicking on Print Invoice, you will get a list of invoices for that client with that credit card #.  Clicking on the Invoice # link will open a new tab and show that invoice #.
