Information about the differences between Admin and User logins for GraspDATA.
Dashboard:
An Agency Admin will see Dashboard and Where Are My Travelers (WAMT).
An Agency User/Corporate Admin/Corporate User will always see Dashboard and WAMT ONLY if the Admin has enabled (checked the boxes for Dashboard and WAMT) on the user Settings tab. Only Agency Admins and Users have the ability to filter by corporation and sorts.
Reports:
An Agency Admin will see all options: My Reports, Reports History, Report Scheduling, Report Packages and Report Categories. Only Agency Admins have access to Report Info Editor, which is the link under the report name on My Reports tab. Report Info Editor is where report names can be changed, and one of the places reports can be added to a Category.
An Agency User/Corporate User will see My Reports, Reports History and Report Scheduling.
A Company Admin will see My Reports, Report History, Report Scheduling and Report Packages. All BUT Report Categories. A Company Admin or User may also have limited Filters compared to Agency Admins/User.
Data Cafe:
An Agency Admin will see Data Inquiry, Data Sync, Data Import (if Agency has Data Sync and Data Import ability)
All other users will only see Data Inquiry if enabled in Settings in their user login.
Settings:
An Agency Admin will see Corporations, User and Agency tabs (so has access to upload Agency logos, add new corporations and new users into Grasp).
An Agency User/Corporate User will not see the Settings tab.
A Company Admin will see the Settings tab with Users only (which gives them the ability to add other users for their same corporation).
Report Builder (Add-on Product): Corporate Admin/User does not have access to commission fields in Report Builder. Also, the Corporation won’t have Report Builder as an option unless the Agency Admin enables Report Builder in the Corporation - Settings.
Please Note: If a corporate admin/user has access to reports that show commission, the commission will show on reports. Be sure that corporate admin/users don’t have access to reports with commissions.
