Agent steps if unable to login to GraspAGENT
If you are unable to login to GraspAGENT, please contact your Agency Admin, who will be able to reset your password.
Reminder – Login and passwords are case sensitive. Passwords must:
- be at least 8 character length
- contain at least one numeric character
- contain at least one non-alphanumeric character
- using your login/username as your PASSWORD is not allowed
