GENERAL – ALL USERS
- Reports
- Report History
- Under VIEW column: Clink on the hyperlink to open the report in a NEW tab
- Under VIEW column: Click on the down arrow icon to download report
- Downloading reports from Report History will show the actual report name and not the alphanumeric text
- Ability to bulk download reports from Report History to a zip folder
- Pop up message displays advising you cannot re-run stitched reports from Report History
- Report Schedules
- Can now filter by the Status column and the drop down filter options will display all status of current batches (Scheduled, Not Scheduled, Paused) to filter for
- When adding or removing All Recipients in scheduled batch distribution (>> or << buttons) a pop-up message will appear to confirm the action
- Run Report
- Increased column size for Advanced filters so user can create longer/more complex advanced filters when running reports
- Report History
- Data Cafe> Data Inquiry
- Renamed 'Depart' column to 'Start'. Added 'End' column. Added 'Vendor' column. Added Booking Sub Type column
- Added check box under the search to use normalized hotel data, if applicable
- Added ability to filter by Account and Vendor
- Settings>Users
- Landing page options in User Settings has been updated to include 3 options: Dashboard, My Reports, and Data Inquiry

GENERAL – ALL USERS
- Grids throughout the application now display the pagination and result count at the top of the grid, in addition to the bottom.
- Reports
- Report History
- Successful report runs will now display the file size of the report
- Report Schedules
- 'Delete Checked Batches' option has been moved to the bottom of the list so that it is not easily unintentionally selected
- When moving a batch from one user to another scheduled/unscheduled status will now be retained.
- Rearranging reports within the new batch will no longer result in as Oops Error
- Report Categories
- The More Options popup will no longer display mostly offscreen
- Run Reports
- Email Distribution – Creating and saving a new contact after moving contacts/emails from right side (Selected Recipients) to left side (All Recipients) will no longer result in the original contacts reverting to the selections prior to moving them, creating a new contact.
- SFTP Distribution - The 'Use Dates within Data' option within SFTP Distribution Filename is no longer an available option
- Report History
- Data Cafe> Data Inquiry
- The default sort is now Issued Date rather than BookingID
- Settings>Users
- Delete User - Moving batches to other user when deleting a user will now properly move contacts, and no longer result in duplicate distribution of scheduled batches. “Phantom Batches Issues”
- Edit User & My Account – changes to Default Currency will now display correctly

ENHANCEMENTS
- GraspDATA Two Factor Authorization Improvements
- Ability to toggle off receiving copies of report emails
- The user will now be able to disable sending a copy of report emails to the "from" address on Email Distribution on both ad-hoc report run and scheduled report runs.
- Description Search Field on My Reports
- The report description is now included in the quick search.
- Increase the size of the FTP Host Name field from 50 to 100 characters
- The FTP Host Name field has been increased from 50 to 100 chars
BUG FIXES
- Corporation Search on the Settings
- When searching for valid Corporation Name within the Users grid, results will now be returned.
- Agency Header not displaying
- Agency Logo will display in the application as expected.
